License Activation Errors
- Plugin activation has been rejected: client is not registered
- Plugin activation has been rejected: another installation id already has activated the key
- Plugin activation has been rejected: {} cuid format error
Delete the "preferences" file in the "com.dehancer.film_pro_fcp.v7" folder and try to activate the plugin again.(/Users/{user}/Library/Application Support/com.dehancer.film_pro_fcp.v7)
In macOS the user’s Library folder is hidden by default.You can access this folder in the next way:
- Open Finder, click Go in the menu bar, and select Go to Folder.
- In the dialog box, type ~/Library and click Go.
- This License Pro Key does’t match your Dehancer product
Please make sure the activation key matches the host application.
Each Key is suitable only for the certain host application. For example, if you already own a Dehancer plugin for DaVinci, you can’t use this License for Final Cut Pro or Ae/Pr Dehancer plugin activation.
Known Issues and Fixes
When using Dehancer in Final Cut Pro, a red screen appears.
Please install available updates for Final Cut and macOS.
