Delete the "preferences" file in the "com.dehancer.film_aepr.v6" folder and try to activate the plugin again. (/Users/{user}/Library/Application Support/com.dehancer.film_aepr.v6)
In macOS the user’s Library folder is hidden by default. You can access this folder in the next way: Open Finder, click Go in the menu bar, and select Go to Folder. In the dialog box, type ~/Library and click Go.
This License Pro Key does’t match your Dehancer product.
Please make sure the activation key matches the host application.
Each Key is suitable only for the certain host application. For example, if you already own a Dehancer plugin for DaVinci, you can’t use this License for Final Cut ProDehancer plugin activation.

Profile Fetcher Error
Please try connecting to another network with Internet access when downloading profiles (for example, sharing from a smartphone) or try using a VPN.
If this doesn't help then:
1. Sign in as Administrator
2. Open the Start menu and click the Settings ‘gear’ icon.
3. Click the Time & Language → Language on the left side.
4. Click on the Administrative language settings link on the right side.
5. Select the Administrative tab and click the Change system locale button. Depending on the Windows version, this setting may be found in an alternate location, for example: Start → Settings →Time & Language → Date, time, & regional formatting → Additional date, time, & region settings → Region →Administrative → Change system locale
6. Enable the checkbox BETA: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support and restart your computer.
