Can I upgrade to Pro if I purchase Lite?

Yes, you can upgrade your license from Lite to Pro within the same host. For example, if you purchased Dehancer Lite for DaVinci Resolve, you cannot upgrade to Dehancer Pro for Final Cut Pro. You can only upgrade to Dehancer Pro for DaVinci Resolve.

Payment issues. How to get the invoice?

You can generate invoices right on the purchased product page.

Go to User Profile → Licenses → Product → Manage

Click Request Invoice on the product.
