Please complete this checklist before requesting support:

Make sure that you have the latest version of Dehancer plugin installed. Please visit the Products page  section and update if needed.

Check your version of DaVinci Resolve. 19 is generally considered a stable release, where some bugs from previous versions have been fixed.

Intel Iris and Intel HD Graphics GPUs are not supported.

DaVinci OFX plugins for macOS

Hardware requirements:

  • Apple Macintosh, starting from middle 2012
  • Metal-enabled GPU is required
  • External and multi-GPU are supported (Intel Macintosh only)
  • Apple Silicon optimised (the appropriate distributive is installed automatically)

Intel Iris and Intel HD Graphics GPUs are not supported.

Software compatibility:

  • macOS BigSur 11 and later
  • DaVinci Resolve 17 and later
  • Due to system access restrictions, the plugin will not work correctly in DaVinci Resolve or DaVinci Studio installed from the mac App Store

Known issues:

  • Apple Silicon doesn’t officially support the external GPU, at the moment
  • We do not support ‘Hackintosh’ and other home-brew systems, while it could worth a try

Hardware requirements:

  • PC with Nvidia or AMD GPU
  • CUDA and OpenCL compatible
  • External and multi-GPU are supported

GPU memory consumption:

  • FullHD video – 4GB minimum / 8GB recommended
  • 4K video – 8GB / 12GB
  • 6K video – 12GB / 16GB
  • 8K video – 16GB / 24GB

Software compatibility:

  • Windows 10 (64 bit), Windows 11 (64 bit) (genuine licensed installation is required)
  • DaVinci Resolve 16 and later

Known issues:

  • Nvidia GPUs may produce plugin crashes with particular driver versions (mostly with 461, 516 and 522).Solution: Install the compatible driver versions
  • AMD GPU drivers newer than 23.4.1 may produce memory leaks with DaVinci versions earlier than 18.5.Solution: Install driver version 23.4.1 and earlier or use DaVinci 18.5 beta

Dehancer OFX plugin for Linux Hardware requirements:

  • PC with Nvidia GPU
  • CUDA only for Nvidia’s GPU
  • External and multi-GPU are supported (CUDA)

GPU memory consumption:

  • FullHD video – 4GB minimum / 8GB recommended
  • 4K video – 8GB / 12GB
  • 6K video – 12GB / 16GB
  • 8K video – 16GB / 24GB

Software compatibility:

  • DaVinci Resolve 18 and later

Linux Distrbutions:

  • RockyLinux 8/9
  • Centos 8/9
  • Ubuntu 20.04/22.04

  • Apple Silicon M1 optimised (two different distributives for Intel and for M1 provided with installation package)

Intel Iris and Intel HD Graphics GPUs are not supported.

Software compatibility:

  • Adobe Premier Pro 2022 or later
  • Adobe After Effects 2021 or later

Should work on earlier versions but not guaranteed

Known issues:

  • We do not support ‘Hackintosh’, hacked version of Adobe products and other home-brew systems, while it could worth a try

Final Cut Pro plugin for macOS

Hardware requirements:

  • Apple Mac, Mid 2012 or newer with Metal-enabled GPU
  • Compatible with Apple Silicon (using Rosetta)

Software compatibility:

  • macOS: 10.15 (Catalina) or higher
  • Apple Motion: 5.5.3 or higher
  • Final Cut Pro: 10.5.4 or higher

Software compatibility:

  • Intel Iris and Intel HD Graphics GPUs may produce unexpected plugin crashes, visual glitches and artefacts. This is a system bug, the only solution is using an external GPU where possible (since Apple Silicon doesn’t support EGPUs)

Dehancer Photo Editor for iOS

Requires iOS 15.0 or later and a device with the A12 Bionic chip or later (iPhone XS and newer models)
